Cancellation Policy

Event cancellation requests must be submitted by email to symposium@transplace.com and received by Transplace on or before Monday, April 16, 2012, to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received by Transplace between Tuesday, April 17, 2012, and Friday, April 27, 2012, will receive a 50% refund, and any cancellations after May 2, 2012, will receive a 25% refund.

Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time but must be done so in writing. Substituting registration status for an individual outside your company will not be granted. Please send an email to symposium@transplace.com to request a substitution. Substitutions are not confirmed until you receive written approval from the Symposium Planning Team.
