Transplace reserves the right to cancel individual conference registrations at any time. If your registration is cancelled, you will be notified in writing and will receive a full refund of the conference fee, regardless of the cancellation date.
Payment Policy
Registration must be paid in full and received by Transplace on or before Friday, May 6, 2012, in order to attend. On-site registration is subject to limited availability.
Cancellation Policy
Event cancellation requests must be submitted by email to symposium@transplace.com and received by Transplace on or before Monday, April 16, 2012, to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received by Transplace between Tuesday, April 17, 2012, and Friday, April 27, 2012, will receive a 50% refund, and any cancellations after May 2, 2012, will receive a 25% refund.
Substitution Policy
Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time but must be made in writing. Substituting registration status for an individual outside your company will not be granted. Please send an email to symposium@transplace.com to request a substitution. Substitutions are not confirmed until you receive written approval from the Symposium Planning Team.
Invitation Only Event
The Shipper Symposium is a private conference. Attendance is by invitation only. All qualified registrants will be considered and will be granted confirmation based upon qualifications and space availability. To be considered for attendance, please contact Kecia Gray at kecia.gray@transplace.com.
